I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlander no plans really. More sleep probably. Read. I might go outside in the courtyard later.

Don't normally take meds as pain is only occasional. I took pain killers from nurses last night but that hasn't helped at all. Will ask them for anti-inflammatory meds at breakfast but Dr has to chart.

Speaking of breakfast it's in 15 minutes. I'm going log off for a bit. Didn't have dinner here last night as it didn't appeal. So I'm going to get dressed and go to dining room. And charge phone again. I'll be back later today.

@Former-Member - if you are spiritual, then that makes you a special person in my mind. I don't agree with religion either, but I tolerate & respect those that do. I actually affiliate with Buddhist principles of kindness, compassion & tolerance.

its just been really hard @Former-Member ive been keeping myself distracted by watching comedys but at the same time it feels like its getting squashed down
