I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Thats alot to handle @Former-Member im so glad scout helped you. Shes a gem. Ive spoken to pebbles and chamomile alot as well as niknik. They are all goos with sane. The best service ive used and will continue to use

I just have to be me & stop trying to fit in, just be me & if someone like me ok if they don't ok, I am not here to please everyone or to heal the world I can only give out what I can & receive what is given from the right heart. I make mistakes & I make gr8 choices we all do we all are the same we all are in this world together or separate we are who we are & we can be precious to one person, or a pain to many, maybe we know maybe we don't know? the choice is ours if we learn from our mistakes . Just walk away, or stay & stand never be a door mat to be walked on be a welcome mate, xo 🙂 if a mat is an example of someone decent & caring!

@Former-Member - hun, my reasons are almost the same as Nells. I'm sorry, it's not you, it's a lot of other people & threads I'm staying away from. It's mostly here, and just a couple of other threads I stick to. I'm actually in my local mh hospital this weekend, a place where I usually try to avoid, but I've been so unsafe lately, that I felt this was the only place that will keep me alive. Not even the respite centre I've been too is safe enough. And it's not because of your religion either that I stay away. I'm sorry hun. I actually like you a lot. Please forgive me.

morning everyone
i had abit of sleep, not a lot. i had a heap of pain again last night. i didnt call the home dr, maybe shouldve but i didnt. i woke up to a phone call and got yelled at, so its kinda put me in a bad mood. im trying not to let it go overboard. i havent been to my second job im suppose to go morning and night but i havent been yet. ill go soon but i need to sit down for a bit its near on 27 deg here already and its only 1030am

@outlander I'm tired, but otherwise not too bad lil Sis. Take care of yourself today. Pain is horrible thing. My fingers/hands are really paining today from arthritis. That's from putting together bookshelves and unpacking.
