I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

As for family, while ever you are living under the same roof you will never have autonomy over your life.You know how frustrated I get with my mum.

Yeh ive taken meds. Both of them are suppose to help with sleep. Clearly not @Former-Member if i take any more than 4 which they are prns then ill have to go and class that as an od as they are strong.
