I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Morning sis @Former-Member ❤ it seems the more i sleep more tired i feel. I got a straight 3 hrs then a 2 nightmares then i managed to get back to sleep around 5 then another 2 hrs straight.
I feel asleep knowing i had both sisters asleep next to me as in you and sans and i had li1 too

@outlander Damm about the nightmares 💗 glad you got a bit of sleep
Fell asleep late for about an hour, woke up with flashback and then that was it. Couldn’t get back to sleep, ended up watching my safe tv shows. Still got it going on in my head😞

ive got so many things to do today but ill see how i go energy wise its suppose to rain from late this arvo for a few days so need to try and get a few things done. I have to catch up on my studies im like an entire week behind but i havent been able to concenteate.
I think im going to cancel my psych appointment as shes not helping me so cant see the point in going but its an after hours appointment so i go at 7 tonight.
The expectations are alread back up and already overwhelming. Have to leave in a minute to take mum bf to work then take kids to school then 2 paddocks to clean horses to feed pop to care for. Sooooo much

You have got a busy day ahead of you @outlander, try and fit a bit of self care in there too. You should keep your psych app. You need to let your psych know that you don't think it is working and see what they say.
I have my psych app. at 11 today and not much else planned. Will just try and take it easy.

My self care will be shower and bed @Former-Member im already tired and wanting to go back to bed. If i could i would but clients call and responsibilities amust.
I hate having those convos with psychs ive had to do ot twice with previous psychs. Its like they get to a point and its like well we dont know what to do next. She wants to look into me being a mistake and i do t want to do that. I dont feel a need to do that. I dont want to do that.

@outlanderremember you are in charge of what happens in your psych app. If you don't want to talk about something than you dont have to. That is your choice hun. You hve a right to say no I don't want to talk about it.

Good luck with the appointments @outlander and @Former-Member,if you don't get anything out of it at least use up the full box of tissues! And then come out with a red nose like I always did! You can see I am now normal.... not!lol
