I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

@outlanderok if breathing isn't working than close your eyes and go to a happy place. Imagine the place in your head, if your are alone or not, where it is, what it looks like, what you are doing, hot, cold, day, night, etc.

You don;t have to tell me, just imagine it in your head

i just, i jsut cant @Former-Member its not the breathing or the midfullness i jsut cant focus. my brain is going haywire and everytime i jsut try to read your words and just do it as simply as that i cant. i

us women get everything dont we. our bodies are so complicated.

i dont want to get tested now. it requires blood taken. cant handle that again. not right now.

will just have to see what happens. i know whats going to happen when it does come and geez i dont want to be around for that! i cant run from me though
