I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

It’s coming and going @outlander ..... roller coaster one minute, then calm, them roller coaster again .... then changing houses and time zones .... then roller coaster again ....
That’s what it is for us for now, so it’s important that. I fall into a heap every time it’s calm. It’s a bit like sleeping when your baby sleeps when you’re a new mother. You burn out otherwise.

Morning outlander, just hang in there,actually admire you for you realising and identifying that "therapy" isn't help ,took me four years to realise and I regret the day I seen any useless idiot with their judgements and egos.I hope there are some somewhere who are more than a qualification.
