I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Didnt last long fell over,again,did so Friday night,grazed knee again,hand and phone glass a bit cracked.Don't think I'm happy unless I'm crying!lol or cry.Have to get @TAB to bring the wheelbarrow to take me back to the car.
@outlander,the smell of horse brings back so many memories for me,where I walk is where we horserode as kids etc.

@outlander,My headspace is filled with negative stuff of me The truth? I had strong feelings for my mental health nurse,he was no good in many ways.

Oh @Former-Member please take it easy. A small walk then go and rest. Your body is trying to tell you something you know.

Lol @outlander,used to fall over all the time,had sore knees for a while,but twice in two days.Back home now,did 10 kms, iron wise might be feeling a bit better,took two iron tablets yesterday instead of one.Started them last Tuesday after realising the iron infusion failed.Make a drs appointment tomorrow to find out blood test results.
Re:MH nurse,still got feelings for him @outlander,even though he upset me in the end.He was the only one I talked to for a long time,that was the problem.Trouble is,you never know what they are writing about you,and their observations and judgements can be quite upsetting.

Your allowed to like people. Its a pity you didnt know him outside as in not a client. Im not sure of their rules etc but could you arrange coffee catch ups and thing to get to know each othr better and not just as a patient?

He is a happy married man @outlander,it was in my head only ,don't want to know him after having the cops at my door in my rental telling me stuff I told him,stuff that was personal and whilst I understand their side,it was stuff that was not relevant to anyone and makes you feel nothing but a joke,he only exists in my head.Dont know @outlander,you have to help yourself ,that's the reality.Therapy was like being in court, defending yourself,it's f***** crap unfortunately.

Um when professionals seem to care sometimes things get mixed up.
See someone else and try to learn from/forget experience?
