Yes I experience hormaonal imbalance. One of mine big ones is Acne and mood swings.

i feel sorry for you yr9s are the worst! they are all out of the scared yr7 stage but not as mature as yr10! it was magical to watch my class mates actually. they were all absolute friggin idiots but after our yr 10 formal not one person had a problem with each other- strange!

anyway.... how did you get tested for that? im wondering if its contributing to my weight gain,acne, i havent had a period for almost 3 months! ive had it happen before but only for a month so ill have to awkwardly bring it up with the gp but im wondering how to get tested for that or what they did for you

@outlanderthe just do a blood test and test for certain levels of different hormones in the blood.

@outlander@Former-MemberI am pre-menopausal, so yep, hormones are swinging everywhere. It's hard to say how much is contributing to my MI. I have just started HRT, so that might make a difference in time.

I would say that possibly your hormonal imbablance is due to stress and anxiety, and maybe due to medication. I know it feels embarrasing to bring it up with GP, but it's important, so you should. If nothing can be done, then at least they can monitor you.

ive had this happen before when i had stress coming out my ears, my anxiety is actually really bad. i thought it had improved but the past few days it actually feels worse! i dont evne know how thats possible. maybe its those feeling of defeat in there too. last time i told her that she sent me for tests and it all came back normal. so maybe its just that, if it doesnt come within the next 2 weeks into novemeber or before then ill have to meantion it to her.

oh fk me. ive been home all of bloody 3 hrs all up and already have expectations from everyone coming out my ears! i havent heard one thing come out of their mouths that they want me to be doing, not asking, telling.
