Ill be fine. Suicide isnt an option. I went to go get pop and hes only just going in for his tests now.

@outlander I'm not worried about you, as I understand you're in a constant state of emotional flux, as many of us are.
I hear you're completely fed up with everything. That there's no ending in sight. That you're exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone. That you never get a break from the nightmares and flashbacks. I hear you've no more strength to carry on.
But you do have strength. You just need to reach inside. You have it in spades. And you have us here, your forum family, to carry you along when you can't take another step.

Thanks sis @Sans911 i just have no idea what else to do. Except well now stress because pops just gone in for his biopsy and im worried something bad is going to happen. Sitting here is driving me mental because i cant go in there!

I think i should connect with khl or here. Ive got so many suicide thoughts going around and my safety plan isnt helping. I know its not an option for me but i want something to take away thr pain and psychological scars.
