@outlander Hi outlander
really hoped you have a wonderful time on your retreat! ... truth is I got 'rid' of my voices with antipsychotics ... and even then there is a rumbling in my core where I can hear him (the main one). I can be distracted from listening to him but the medication doesn't get rid of them completely which is a real pain because in a way, this is where I differ from @Former-Member I would prefer to be a zombie than have to listen and feel the way I do.
So to answer your question again but to the point, medication and of course therapy with Dr Gorgeous.

No @Former-Member probably not. I dont deserve to be here. I just dont know what else to do. I cant do anything else and the fact i know that is really killing mr on the inside.
