I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

And im on the last medications i can try. Theres only one more i can add but its short term and while im on it need monthly blood tests as it can cause alot of damage. Not something i want to add to the list of shite already going on.
Ive tried naturopthic stuff and doesnt work. Tried melatonin type meds and didnt work.
These meds either have to work or not on any at all

@outlandersis don't feel bad for asking for help all the time and you don't all the time anyway. This is what the forum is here for, to help everyone. I find helping someone distracts me from my own thoughts so it is a good tool to use for me.

You offer support to lots of people here too. Never feel like you cannot reach out for supprot.

its always something. psychological pain or physical pain and the physical stuff is only going to get worse. ive already been told that so my future really isnt looking too bright. but i have to pretend everything is fine.

im tired of it all. tired of everything.

I know you are tired of everything and I know some of that is the sleep deprivation.

You can hang on becasue you are extrememly strong and you are worth it and you do matter
