I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlander sweetheart, I understand you are worried. It's pretty scary not knowing. But you have so much on your plate already. I'm not going to say your worry is unjustifiable, but can you just 'park' it up for now,so that you can be calm and controlled. Practice a little radical acceptance, that is, whatever is happening now you can't change, but you can accept it's not an ideal situation. It doesn't mean you agree or like it, just take a deep breath, accept that you have to wait and more time spent worrying is using precious energy.

i can try @Sans911 its hitting abit harder tonight as it could be tomorrow that we hear back from the specialist. i really just want it over and done with no matter the result.
but i can try to let it be for now as it using alot of my energy that i dont have.

i dont really know what else, im having trouble identifying what it is that has me having all these big emotions. its like ummm trying to find some words- having so much going on instide but i cant pick it out specifically

@outlander - I get it, I really do. I have the same trouble. There's SO much going on I can't name one emotion. When we did our DBT course, before we started the lesson, we had to name what we were feeling. Sometimes it ok to say I have mixed feelings, but sometimes it actually helps to name those emotions. It gets them out of your head, and they don't feel so big anymore. There is a thing called auto writing, so it's when you just write everything that's in your head down. You don't think about any of it, just let your hand write until your done. It might help.

I need my stomach to settle so had pain relief and im getting kidney pain agajn in the same one i had before so hoping it helps too

@Sans911nice to see you on here @outlander am here but just about to log off
Have taken meds and starting to feel the effects of them. Hoping they make me sleep and not just spaced out! Goodnight @Sans911 and @outlander I hope you both get some sleep tonight.
