I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

its a mix of everything i suppose, panicy but tired, feeling pretty unwell, upset. @Former-Member@Sans911

@outlander - ok, sounds like you need to slow some things down. Have you had a shower tonight? Can you go splash your face with cold water? And then make a cup of tea?

i had a shower abit arlier this evening. i had a drink of water not to long ago as well.
i can go splash some water @Sans911 give me a minute then ill be back
ive got lots of big feelings happening, mightve been some of suppressed stuff ive been ignoring. and then add in the heat today probably hasnt helped either.

@outlander - ok, so break your big feelings down, and deal with each at a time. Deal with the biggest one first, which sounds like you're afraid of something; is that right?

one of them is waiting for my pops results. he rang the specialist today and the results are all back in so we are expecting a call back tomorrow to discuss the results. he doesnt understand what they are looking for and ive had to make the decision to keep quiet about it but he keeps saying 'hes not going back to the specialist' he will if theres something wrong.

@outlander - I understand your pop's worry, and how much you worry about him. It's obvious you care about him deeply. But remember when you had your BCC, and the agony of waiting for your results? There was nothing you could do. I look at it like you are expecting the worst but hope for the best. Worrying about it won't change the outcome. So perhaps tommorow whatever outcome, take your Pop somewhere nice, for a coffee or lunch. Just the two of you spending some gentle special time together. Tell him how much you love and care for him. Too often we forget simple times together and the power of caring words not said often enough.

my pop isnt worried @Sans911 i dont want to have him worry so ive kept quiet and let him rant on whenever he needs. the wait is agonising. there was a stuff around with the ct a week ago so had to reshedule for friday just gone.
i know i cant do anything else about the results or anything but im worried for him. the specialist doesnt seem too concerned either. thats the only bit ive held onto this entire time. if he had of been really worried he wouldve rushed results but he had the attitude of of yeah whenever you get around to it sort of thing.
