I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@Former-Memberwell done on the 15km walk. Can understand the not stopping eating and cannot move. I get very much like that too. It is hard to get out of the slumps.
Started new meds only today so will take a bit to know if they help

@outlanderseen it before but it is a "safe" movie so easy to watch!
I understand the need for balance, it is sometimes a fine line to tread. Remember our story from last night to use tonight if you feel you are getting more anxious

I know @Former-Member our safe place. I could also be hearing about pops results tomorrow and one of our horses now needs a vet and we cant afford it. So much stress sis so little time

@outlander,crap show FFF, nothing on tv this time of year,came to bed to listen to the radio,find the music is good lately,even for my age!lol.Because I walk with the radio I depend on good music,like Eminem and Beyonce's Walk on Water is the latest one I like.
@Former-Member,after Friday at dr and Centrelink and a few triggers plus as I said to @Zoe7, Xmas approaching , financial stress etc I can't move.Got distressed yesterday and crashed on the hallway floor because it's dark and confined.I would rather have anxiety when I don't know what to do with myself,least I'm more productive.
Googled about weight gain and psychotic medication,is a awful side effect and impact.

ill be around if you need me, you know where to find me anyway. i have to be up early tomorrow to take the kids to school so have to get there before her bf leaves at 730 so will need to leave home at 7
