I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

yes well in the middle of it anyway @Former-Member they have been at their new house for 3 days.. they are still waiting on there new lounge that was suppose to be there a few days ago so next week will be there. now its just a matter of packing up and putting the rest away in storage hopefully before xmaas would be good

its just like the nicnack type of stuff and things that arent needed at their new house. we have a shed in our backyard as in pops house so its not costing anything @Former-Member

@Former-Member, did a 15 km walk,then came home and can't stop eating and can't move,get depressed about my life and situation, yesterday was the same.Mother is away,so I'm not in a routine,did clean a few kitchen shelves.I have to clean the loungeroom walls and ceiling starting tomorrow,if I can get out of my slump,just feel like @Zoe7 @@and @Sans911.Hope you are ok on new meds.

i started to watch that but got bored so switched to family food fight @Former-Member

slepe sounds like a good option lol but im not sure yet. my anxiety is already creeping. and i think i know why. im coming off the only meds that work and i have no other options if i go off these and i dont know now. i need a balance of both physcial and mental health and atm its one or the other.
