I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

Plz go to hospital you should not be at home like this you need lots of help only they can give you in Hopital. I'm not talking about Phyc ward I'm talking about Medical Ward!! Go now in ambulance ok what you are experiencing is very serious ok!!!!! I am very worried for you outlander & plz do it!!

Yes sorry @Sans911,went to sleep, awake this morning with depression. Don't know how I can keep going when I'm so unhappy. @MDT,as @Sans911 stated,don't live by a stupid label ,you have shown through your accomplishments that you can achieve a lot in life.No one is perfect and at least we know that.

I did/do have pneumonia. I was on antibiotics for 3 weeks and its still lingering. Ive een checked but they cant do much else for me. Thats why sans kept saying dont worry about anything else except breathing so i disnt have yet another breathing emergency.
I got a abit of sleep until 230 when i kept having bad nightmares. So around 3 hrs and it helps knowing ive got people watching over.
@Former-Member if i had of known u were up i wouldve stayed online

Thank you everyone for lsst night. Will need to continue to be calm so that dreadful pain doesnt come back in full force like last night.
Ive still got the symptoms of breathlessness anxiety nausea and flare up pain (thankfully meds are kicking in for this) abd the chest pain
