I've taken my sleeping meds about 10 minutes ago. I also have my hand in a small glass of cold water as I burnt my forefinger getting my dinner out of the oven. Yes, I had oven mitts on. To top it off tonight I have a screaming headache and just generally feel quite icky

@Former-Member feels like it! Sometimes, we get tolerant to meds quite easily, and they don't work as well or take longer. It's the problem I have now. Try to keep to a routine most nights. And screens off 📴 ☺️
