I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

I still feel panicing. Ill just get breathing ok and then itll come back and ill have to restart again. My heart has settled a little bit but it gets faster when thr breathing gets out of hand.
The pain in my neck head and jaw are pretty bad. I havebt had a flare like this for a bit

Someone must had showed you the breathing techniques @outlander,I suggest you lay down and focus on your breathing and removing the stress from your body by thinking of positive things like your horses,or the image of you with 14 kids! Lol. Think I told you times when I have had to lay on the floor to control my breathing because that was the only way I could get respite. You need to work out what works That's why I said step outside because at times getting out if the four walls, helps.

I got up and went for a walk @Former-Member and no ive had to teach myself all these breathing techniques. Im back in bed now.
@Sans911 im trying to keep it under control my chest already hurts. And my heart rate is way up again and can feel it like rocking me. Sounds weird but its going fast and really hard

@outlanderit is understandable that you are scared, wish I could stop it for you. Can you try some soothing music to listen to, to try and take your mind of it
