I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlanderso sorry to hear that. Sans might be able to help more than me in the pain side. Does heat help. Just thinking would a bath or shower help. I know it won't take away your pain but might settle it down a bit. Big hugs

Nothing helps except the pain meds @Former-Member why did it have to come in full force tonight. Im too tired for this shite.
My hearts going to bust through my chest and nothing will settle.
I need u and sans on either side of me tonight i think. One of my happy places

@outlander - most important thing you need to do is breathe regularly & slowly. You have a severe chest infection. If you start to hyperventilate you will make yourself very unwell, because your lungs are working at full capacity. If you hyperventilate, you start getting nausea, dizziness, blurred vision. YOU MUST SLOW YOUR BREATHING. IT'S CRITICAL

I was headed that way @Sans911 @Former-Member i thinks its regular enough but my heart is beating so hard and fast it feels like its going to jump out.

The pain is getting to me and ive already got those symptoms it twnds to come with this aort of flare up

@outlander - can you go and run cold water over your wrists. It will help slow your heart rate. Let's just take this one step at a time.

Previous post should have said lungs NOT working at full capacity @outlander

How are you doing now?i was going to say too(but I was in a rush to get the post to you) that hyperventilate will also increase pain levels
