I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@outlander I am going to be very blunt with you here again. You have two choices to make. You either take your sisters tomorrow and suffer the consequences or you do not go. It is that simple. If you do not go then there may be some fallout from your sisters but honestly - that is your mother's job to sort out - not yours. If you choose to go then you - and you alone - are making that choice. Given how unwell you are - the fact that you are even considering it is unreasonable.
You have stated before that you are doing all the things you have been told to do and looking after yourself- well even thinking about going tomorrow is not looking after yourself.
Think of it in these terms - you go, you feel worse, you tell us all how bad you are feeling, you feel even worse and then you spiral further down and don't sleep again. You have the power within your own hands to make sure this scenario does not play out - and YOU are the only one who can do this.
I honestly do not even know why this option is even on the table - you aren't well enough and at some stage you need to start looking after yourself rather than just talking about it.

@outlander,he is a married grandfather thank Christ! Lol, he reminded me of the ex d/head ,had to go with him to the tip and had a flashback of when the ex moved me back home and had to get in his truck,as he had the windows down which makes my hair go everywhere.I think I would scream if someone tried to make out they liked me when you know they are a delusional idiot!lol

Im not use to trying to take are of myself first. I was taught that was wrong and it was selfish and when i was putting myself first i copped it. That is why its so hard to just put myself first @Zoe7
I do want to be well again and it was something i was looking forward to for ages and i hated to be the barer of bad news again. Ive had to say no so many times this year. I just feel the burden weight when i say no or put myself first.
Does that maybe explain abit? I know others are probably thinking the exact same thing as you in regards to what you have said. All of it. But it is hard for me and the above reasons are why..

Lol @Former-Member im sure your not that bad! Why did you have to go to the tip with him? Dont they remove it themselves as thats included in their jobs?
