I just got my pain under control then i went and lifted a few boxes out of the way to get to something i needed and didnt realise they were that heavy.

@outlanderoh hun, that doesn't sound good. Can you take any more pain meds or not due yet? How about try a heat bag? Or just try and sit down and rest for a bit.

I cant take nay more until 730 tonight and thatll be the 4 hr mark. Currently curled up in a ball on the lounge watching a movie with a heat pack, breathe holding ,controlling nausea not sure how thats gojng to work yet. Bring on another hr! @Former-Member
