I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

Haven't gone yet,fell asleep on the couch,feeling tired,might leave it til this afternoon have to mow the lawn too but yes,lacking energy and sore muscles particularly in the arms,didn't go yesterday because it was too late by the time I got back.No one in the drs when I went in,still had to wait 45 minutes! I reckon he was out feeding his face!lol.Feeling down too.Only good thing is took my mother to stay with my sibling on Wednesday so I don't have as much cleaning.I had severe anxiety on Wednesday and we caused a scene in a supermarket,she was swiping the eptpos while the checkout person was just beginning to put her groceries through,and in Bunnings she wanted my attention all the time to look at something.She is demanding.

I read a bit about what was happening last night - I was in bed and chose not to get my computer and join in as everyone seemed to be helping each other out well - but from what I gather there was an article on Facebook - now taken down - and really

I was so impressed on how people cared for each other - that has to be a wonderful thing - when the world really hits someone in the face everyone available gathers around to help sort things out

I hope you don't leave @Former-Member - there is no need to do that - you are valued here and have a lot to offer - we can't help the things that go on in the world and we can't avoid all the triggers - that's not possible - but it's a good idea to stay with the strength and get as much support from the other members here as is offered
