I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@Former-Member All is well. I am in utter crisis, that is true. But it is NOT your fault in any way shape or form. Right now this is a super gigantic muddle with a whole lot of layers. But what I am experiencing right now relates to things that happened twenty years ago. You are NOT responsible for that. Someone at SANE chose to post that article, you are not responsible for that. I chose to read the article, you are not responsible for that. And if per chance I choose to end my life tonight, then that will be my choice, and you will not be responsible for that either. My life, my choice.
This is a very very very big muddle right now. But even super gigantic muddles can be unmuddled. Right now I choose to ride the wave. I super hope you will do likewise.

Believe it or not. @Phoenix_RisingThat means I do care. I am used to being in a big orchestra so I dont have to a bestie.
I also would not be alive if I had not been allowed to rock and self soothe that way 30 years ago. A therapist told me it was alright and I believed and it helped.
I am totally fine with it if it gets people through the day.
For me this is showing me when people are connected and do care the feelings can also run a bit rampant, and that we do need to communicate calmly and sort through things.
I am alright now that I realised this was about FB page that I was not even aware of. SIlly me.
@Phoenix_Risingthe mod said they deleted the post. Can we accept them as human and that they make mistakes, and are decent enough to admit it and remedy the situation.
You matter a heap to me even though I dont do stuffed animals very well.
This is on @outlander.'s thread and I got side tracked and should just have answered your question. What was it ..... something about feelings and the past and being authentic ...and choosing our path
Some of that will be a muddle ..... can we talk about it another time.

By the way @outlander,my blood test showed I'm low in iron again,need another iron infusion which I can get done at the doctor's instead of hospital and it will take less than a hour,not like in March when the infusion took nearly 3.Expected the infusion in March to last longer ,as the nurses at the hospital said a year or two but must be heavy menstration!

No they just put the iv in @outlander,but three hours was long time with old equipment where they said probably allow a hour.Long time at the hospital.Thats whycI had my muscle tiredness last week.

Hi Everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve been here. @Phoenix-rising....I’m sorry to hear you are going through pain again. I’m thinkig of you and hoping the cloud passes soon. Stay strong....time heals and time will pass. Unfortunately sometimes there is nothing you can do to until time passes. I’m thinking of you and sending love and strength.

Thanks @outlander had to go to bed last night, trying to go for a walk but I do feel tired from low iron.Im not as low as in March from iron when I was really bad .My iron level in March was 8,my iron level was 16 last week.Normal iron reading should be over 30.
