@Former-Member it is in no way your fault Nell. The crisis PR is in is now nothing to do with that article - please know that - it is a completely different muddle - one that is very complicated. We are sitting with her and providing her with as much support as we can - you look after you - go and post some more pictures in Seeing Red so I have something to smile at later

@Former-Membershe has also suggested to ride out the wave together which also says to me she doesnt blame you either. she has quite abit of help on her thread, she has been through alot and has learnt some good ways of coping. she has said quite a few times that her rocking etc is okay with her while she rides the big feelings out

oh @Former-Member please dont go.... stay here and we can chat about anything you like. though i understand those feelings well. ive had a quick check of the thread, its jsut one big muddle, theres another thing shes going through and it has brought up other things as well not just from the article

@Former-Member I get that you are having some pretty awful feelings right now and directing blame inwards towards yourself - but you are not to blame in any wa, shape or form. I know that is hard to accept when you are feeling like this but it is true. I really would love you to stay but if you need to go for a little while we will be sitting here waiting for you to return - why - because we care about you soooooo much
