Ok well then a new psych will have to be looked for. I tried this psych and shes not helping. I dont find her helpful one bit.
I utilise pdoc and gp and meds ( i do actually have to go off them) and am gling off them safely under instruction of gp. i hate going to the psych she makes me feel worse than i do walking in there.
Ill sit down tomorrow and work out what and where things that i can change in my daily routine as well

@Former-Member I hope you get this post before you go ![]()
You are definitely a soft hearted person and I truly admire your honesty and courage to write from the heart. Writing from the heart as you have done is the truth as you see it and no-one can ask any more or any less of us than to write from the heart.
None of us here would want to hurt anyone - sometimes it happens through miscommunication or simply our own insecurities - but we should never stop being ourselves. You can only be who you are @Former-Member and who you are is wonderful.
Goodnight Bella ![]()

One very valuable lesson I have learnt from being on here @outlander is that you cannot possibly be everything to everyone - and you need to look after yourself first. This is a very difficult place to get to when you are still 'finding' yourself - as you are.
I know that you have a lot going on in your life and you are also still trying to find your own identity and place in this world. That is not something that will come overnight - and there will be many hurdles and road blocks to overcome along the way.
What is most apparent (to me) is that you do need alot of support and although we can provide some of that here - it is irl that that needs to be actively sought. Nothing will change/improve/ move forward without the foundations being set irl. There are things that you can do for yourself in this regard but it is probably best to leave that for another time as I suspect you are probably very overloaded with both information and emotions right now.

Re: I dont know how much longer i can go on like this
I was in the shower running through some things I have going on at the moment, and trying to work out how to go about them. I was using something I learnt through the DBT adventure, which I now use often. It's called Options for Solving any Problem which you can read about on page 5 of the DBT thread (on mobile so it's hard to hyperlink) under the post with the heading "An Overview of DBT" (how great is Phoenix_Rising's idea to title important posts?!).
Anyway, I thought of you and wondered whether it could be something useful for you to try also (I think of you often when I read the DBT stuff). I thought I would mention it to you, especially given that last night you said you would sit down today and have a look at what changes you might be able to make.
The four options for solving any problem (with this approach) are:
1. Solve the problem
2. Feel better about the problem
3. Tolerate the problem
4. Stay miserable
Using this has really has helped me heaps recently and I find myself running over it with big and little problems. Like so many of us, I have lots of problems and it helps to break them down so they don't feel so completely overwhelming, and then look at them knowing I have four clear avenues I can take for tackling them. I then look at what I have tried, what I might not have tried yet, whether any are actually possible or not, and what I feel right about.
I would be happy to try and work through some of this with you if you think it might help, or to go through things you might come across on the DBT thread (if you are following/catch anything) if you'd like. I'm learning myself still and don't have all of the answers, but maybe we could have a go and learn together at some point.
Hugs. Keep on keeping on Outlander x
