I dont know how much longer i can go on like this

I was on-line and reading what was happening last night - by the time I was finished it was all over but I am glad you took it so well - I have been saying much the same thing - perhaps taking a longer and more winding path with it but here we are on Thursday and it's a new day

So - start changing things in a small way - don't bite of more than you can chew - pick your battles and stand your ground.

There is a prayer called the Serenity Prayer and it goes

God - grant me the strength to change the things I can and

the courage to accept the things I cannot change and

the wisdom to know the difference

Strength, courage and wisdom are all totally different attributes - you show your strength by continuing the way you do - and your courage even when you feel you cannot continue - and wisdom is a totally different subject but it comes and grows when we use our strength and courage

I will see if I can find a copy of that prayer - or maybe someone else will - but even if you are not a believer you can still ask this of any Higher Power you perceive

I really believe in you and you did well

That is excellent - I am glad you found that - and I really like the picture of it on a rock - brilliant

I remember and do so with gratitude - how well you are able to support both sides of a troubled encounter - and that both people were given your wisdom and gentle spirit in abundance at the time when it was so necessary

So - as well as I can without such a gentle way myself - I am letting you know I have noticed again and give you the acknowledgement that is more than just deserved - it is an intergrate part of your nature and so necessary

I can assure you of the relief I experienced when you help me and someone else out some time back - it was really powerful that you spoke for both sides and it is a real gift that you do

ok so ive just written these in dot points. i wont elaborate on them so that its just a simple list. im not really sure what the most prominent thing is its just well everything i suppose

• handling the latest diagnoses
• moving forward from the latest hospital visit
• dealing with home life
• working out the next steps with mh professionals
• responsibilities
• dealing with the chronic illnesses

basically working out what the heck to do with all this information thats been non stop for the past yr
