If this keeps up i could be back there tomorrow. Im having alot of trouble with anxiety. It feels like its getting worse. The more everything i do treatment everything the worse i feel like im getting

Trying @outlander, worried my medical certificate runs out this week,going back on job search I think,I'm worried with the high anxiety if I can handle the pressure,know I can't.

Go back to gp before it runs out @Former-Member if you cant work you cant work. Im thinking about handing in my second job and ive already withdrawn from my stuides. Its a shite feeling having this it really is.
And yes i took off in my car to get meds but said i was meeting an owner. I wasnt i dont do that till Monday but tomorrow i have the kids while shes at work and its raining so inside but i cant really handle outside much. I cant even sit outside im hermitting inside
