Night Shift

@PeppiPatty How wonderful that you feel there is something you have learned about writing from me. I wasn't trying to teach you anything, which is all the better. Manic feelings and behaviour do really take a toll. I'm glad you can understand that with your son. I'm sure you have had a lot of understanding for him in so many ways already. The best news of all to me is that you are walking on the beach! Across the continent, me, you and Arlo on the beach every week.

Okay @PeppiPatty, I was getting a bit excited. I still think it's super fantastic that you are doing slow strolls. All it takes is one foot after the other. I love watching the dogs on the beach, they are the most joyful creatures there.

Nights are still difficult I think my next focus will be sleep hygeine ... I will be going to camps away and need to have reasonable hours. This thread has helped balance my night stress a lot.

I didn't remember where I'd called myself a kitten for a moment and then it came back to me. I was referring to when I was just turned 17. Yes, that was a time.

So glad to hear this thread has helped you. There's probably been a few nights where I stayed in here beyond when I could have been in bed asleep. But not too many. Mostly it's just been great to have you and everyone who has come in here sharing our nights, days, thoughts, feelings, whatever.
