Oh Dear @Former-Member I hear your pain and sadness through the air waves, and LOST is a hard place to be. Please know we are here with you in and through this, I know it's not the real world, and a comforting hug goes a long way, but I'm sending a long embrace with the warmest thoughts. I think every parent grieves when children move out, even though there is some relief mixed in. Letting go of my foster daughter was hell, but there was a relief also. No more endless crying and demands, she was unwell and could only let us know in her own way. I could sleep again and find time to eat, but the empty arms and broken heart, yes I hear you. Tears are good, exhausting but a release and healthy....eventually. I wish I could say the right things to ease you pain, but I can't, but I will be beside you, we all will. There are many here who care and understand. No worries about long posts either, just be you.
I have put up the net curtains in my lounge room with road rage language learned from my visitor, something I've picked up remarkedly well I might add. My counsellor comes in the morning, so I wanted to have my part done before she arrives. How I wish I could share her with you, I would in a heartbeat.
Im sorry you've lost touch with your Irish friend. Yes I was amazed to see the cyclone in Ireland, the two don't go together, I hope she's ok. I haven't seen the DVD of Bernadette, my name chosen in the convent was one of the Fatima children, brings back memories.
You are probably moving stuff as I type this and hurting. A warm hug.💔💔💔💛💛💛
