@Bubbles3, has mark said that he wants to hurt you ? Or does he just look angry maybe ?

Have you talked to your counsellor about the fact that you can see mark, kelly and lea @Bubbles3, not just hearing their voices ?

still waiting for the new antipyschotics to kick in if there doing anything yet

mark want to hurt me ,he hate s me . he always want me to self harm or doing other stuff that i cant mention on here @Faith-and-Hope

Has your counsellor given you any strategies to use until then @Bubbles3 ? Is there anything that helps ? You have mentioned going to sleep before.

Maybe that is because he is hurting @Bubbles3 ....; and he sees your body as his body too, so he thinks it's okay to SH your "shared" body. Can you talk to him and suggest other things he can do when he is feeling hurt and angry ? Tell him that maybe you can go for a walk ? Or listen to his taste in music ? Have you ever asked him what that is ?
