Seeing things that aren't really there is something I have had some experience with @Bubbles3, a couple of years of it. I put it down to stress {I was in a bad relationship at the time}, because mine went back behind the shadows where they belong. As I write that I can now see how disordered my neuro-biological state was {and still is, I can't deny those figures are still there, they just don't show themselves anymore}. But I never heard them, and the figures I saw were like nothing in the really real - they were humanoid but sort of stretched, elongated, with black stocking skin and no features. One of my biggest fears was, what if I started seeing things that did look like real things . . . how would I know the difference?!? I wonder how do you tell the difference if these just look like normal people and they talk to you? I hope your medications work for you soon, feeling for you

I am try g to contact other people with this lived experience to see whether they can help you to manage this.
Can you stay close to your husband so it is harder for mark to influence you to SH ?
