It means "way to go !" ..... meaning Hat it's good, in my thinking, that you are communicating when you are feeling better that you didn't mean to be difficult in the moments when you were feeling badly. It helps not only the mods to see that your emotions are swinging around a lot ..... but all of us, so hopefully we can help to support you more when you need it.

i do try my best but sometime my anger or sometimes mark is out and sometime i dont have control in what i say. i know its hard to understand but mark does take over me. i have been put one my third warning so if i f*ck again , then im not alowed to be on here. so im going to try my best behavier on being on here. i just have to keep mark under control

It helps us all to know that @Bubbles3 ..... especially that mark takes over and you are unable to control what he does ..... there are other people here who have that same situation happening in their lives, and they can reach out to you here and let you know that they understand exactly what is happening for you there.

im feeling really depressed now. hubby just found out that i lied to about the extra meds iv just had.

mark, kelly and lea are aall back and i dont know what they want. this very rarly happens when they come together. it scary. i dont know whats going to happen. what do i do @Faith-and-Hope

As scary as it is @Bubbles3 ..... my understanding is that they are not there to harm you ..... each one is trying to protect you in their own way ......
Can you take some deep breaths, and maybe quietly and calmly ask them if it's okay if you all work together to try to find out the best way to be there for all of you ?
