I dont things have to be this way with my hubby. I love him so much and he seems to just push me away all the time. I want my old hubby back. I want things to change. Its so up setting. We will both be sitting outside for hours and not say a single word to each other. Im to scared to talk to him in case he put me down again. I cant handle it anymore. I jyst dont know what to do. I do my best around the house and its still not good enough. It doesnt matter what i do , its never good enough . I cant stand it anymore. It tearing me apart. This is the worst our marriage has been. I try to make him happy all the time. But its not good enough.
I just dont know what to do anymore. I feel so lost and lonely and depressed . I have no where to turn to. I have no family to help me. To support me. I have one friend who is here sometimes.
I have to SH to deal with the grief. Which i dont want to do but i have to just deal with the pain. And that it .....im in so much pain.

Oh @Bubbles3 I feel your pain. In 2014 my ex husband acted terribly towards me. A reaction to the incidents which caused my trauma apparantly.

@Awpgirl Absolutely. Have you got access to Google? Just do a search like “mental illness forum” and there’s heaps. It’s a bit of trial and error finding ones that suit you and have the right pace etc, but there’s no shortage ☺️ Mine are a combination of anxiety/depression forums and drug/alcohol harm reduction..
