@gypsylee mine would be non-war PTSD; depression; aggrophobia; cardiac. I get really lonely so forums are helping

Forums are great @Awpgirl. I’ve been on an international anxiety one since 2013 which has been a huge support, but it seems to be dying so I had a look at what else is out there. I don’t even look at sites like Facebook anymore (just use the messenger to talk to friends and family). Oh I do look at Twitter to see what’s happening but that’s it.

@gypsylee I dont have Facebook or Twitter for safety reasons. I did have a pseudonym on Facebook so I could join groups and have some interaction especially when im struggling and feeling housebound.
Facebook banned me off for not using my real name wanted me to upload 100 points of id to keep the acount. No way.
My support worker suggested Meetup to find groups to overcome anxiety.

@Bubbles3 with two divorces I am not the best person to provide advice to anyone on relationships.
However I do recall very clearly how it felt to be in a marriage and feel such loneliness.

you sound really perky when you talk of camping @Bubbles3 i really hope that your able to go as it seems the whole family needs a good getaway.
