I feel for you Bubbles, it's hard to do the hard things. I think there could be something good hidden in it all. Even if there's nothing they say that relates to you and you get no help from them, even if it's a bit more harmful than helpful - it's good practice . . . people practice - bad situation practice. Everything in life is an experience and good and bad helps us learn, what things we like, what we don't; which direction we want to go, which way we don't. I'm probably not making any sense.

How did your appointment go @Bubbles3? I've been thinking of you and hoping having your advocate beside you has helped. I also hope you've mentioned about your voices distressing you lately and that they are supporting you in finding a good solution/s for tackling this problem.

so i have just got back from my appointment @Queenie and im never going back

they had a list of things i had to agree with before i could see a psychiatrist.

half of the sh*t i wasnt going to agree with

they just think that im stupid are something

f*cking dickheads

all i got to see was 2 social workers and all they did was pick on me about everything

so im never going back

ill have to find my own help , which is hard when your feeling so down and depressed.

what is someone like me meant to do

except someone bullsh*t

or just die in a little f*cking hole

im going. never to be seen again
