I know you're really angry and upset. Do you have support from your husband or anyone else ?
Can you have a soak in a bubble bath and let some hot water ease the tension in all your muscles ?
I know it doesn't solve the problem of getting the pdoc support sorted ..... just trying to think of ways you can look after yourself while you are feeling so bad.
A shower with Gizmo maybe ?
