Re: Taking the plunge
Thanks @Maggie I hope your day has some good in it too.
I feel like hiding in bed under my doona, but I can't. I guess you feel the same.
Sounds really chilly down in Tasmania.
Not so cold here.
I prefer New Zealand weather.
Specialist appointment tomorrow for H. I can't wait until he can do more, especially drive. I get very anxious driving in busy traffic.
It's been raining a lot lately.
I need to get a strong coffee. ☕️
🥰

Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member We have very cold mornings, white frosts, but beautiful days, once the sun breaks through.
I lived in NZ for 30 years, and I agree, it’s great weather over there, much like tassie in lots of ways, maybe colder in some areas.
I’ve been to Bunnings this morning. I haven’t been since January this year, so it was a big outing. Also, I’ve been gardening, so I am ready to head for my doona now.
I hope H specialist appointment tomorrow goes as good as it can. I haven’t driven in years. It was always too stressful, for me , and everyone else one the road. 😂😂
I think I might join you in a strong coffee. ☕️☕️☕️
Take care. 🥰🥰🥰

Re: Taking the plunge
Gosh! You've been busy already @Maggie
And a Bunnings trip. 😳
Good on you for getting out and for gardening.
Thankfully the grass is slow growing in winter. We have nearly an acre and I won't be getting on the ride on. The neighbour kindly did our front lawn for a carton of beer. I'm grateful for that. I find it embarrassing not having a neat garden. 😜
I went out and pulled some huge weeds out of the lawn that were annoying me. That's my contribution to gardening. 😀
I really should get in the shower and motivate myself. I took my coffee and toast back to bed and that's where I am still. 🤔
Maybe another coffee will get me going??
Yes, a rest under the doona sounds like a good idea for you, after your busy morning. Have a nice rest. 💖
