Re: Taking the plunge
@Former-Member It sounds awful for you. I really am sorry things continue to be so hard, for you, me and others here.
You are always welcome to share here, and elsewhere, anything that helps, even momentary.
Sorry you have more bad news about D.
I can understand the momentarily relief you get from drink, but long term, it causes more problems. I know you know that, we all do what we can to get through.
I’m just home from physio, and pleased to be in my quiet little flat. Normal things can take so much energy.
I’ll be back later if you want to talk, otherwise, will catch up when we are both around at the same time. Sending some 💕💕💕☕️☕️

Thanks for your message @Maggie
Sorry I haven't been around. It's been another big day.
I know what you mean, it's always nice to hide away at home after being out.
Hoping you're sleeping soundly now.
Night night. 💖🥰😴

Kettles on if you are rising or risen. ☕️☕️💕💕💕
@TheVorticon I hope you are doing ok enough. Leaving a bubble tea to help you through. ☕️☕️💕💕

Huge hugs and lots of ❤ @Former-Member.
Morning @Maggie and thanks for the kettle on-ness. Little Rocket is lethargic and quiet. I'll work it out this morning. Its sad to see her unwell.
No machine yesterday but I cutand pieced together all the fabric for round 2 of them. I also got funny photos of people we sent them to wearing them and enjoying the patterns and fabrics 😁
How was physio yesterday and how are you doing this morning?

Re: Taking the plunge
Sorry about Rocket @CheerBear . Yes, it’s sad when they are unwell, and quiet. It’s a worry. Good luck with that today. 😻😻
There’s a mask on craft corner you might like to look at @CheerBear .
Physo was like this. I sat in the waiting room. To my right were the lifts that kept opening/shutting and pinging. Straight ahead, the doors into the physio department kept opening and shutting. To the left was receptionist, people coming and going. Behind me the corrode. At least 20 young people walked through at one time, and I thought I might be the demo. Yep, internal chaos. The actual physio part was ok. Back in three weeks with exercises to do daily. I was exhausted when I got home. 😂😂😂
Counsellor this morning.
Do you have your counsellor today. .?.
Is Mr Person being kind ?

Re: Taking the plunge
How are you feeling about counsellor today? Do you have any plans for your time before/after seeing her?
I'll check out craft corner shortly. Its been a while since I've wandered there/anywhere :face_with_rolling_eyes:
I had counsellor yesterday which was great. I'm so thankful for her.
Mr Person apologised. He's struggling so much that I'm not sure he will make it through and he's not sure he wants to/there are times he doesn't want to. It's incredibly hard. As far as I go, there's nothing more I can do I think. I can't make someone choose to fight and that's really tough. I'm making it worse at the moment I think 🙁

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear I forgot to mention the trolly, with wheels that clicked so loud, and kept moving around that space. 😂😂😂 Can’t wait for my next visit. 👍👍
I hope the exercises help @CheerBear , I will certainly give them a go.
No plans for before or after counsellor today. It will just happen I think. I have written a lot, so plenty to talk about.
I’m sorry Mr Person is struggling so hard at the moment. He is getting support, that at least shows there’s something still reaching out. I don’t think you are making it worse @CheerBear . Caring for someone can be very painful when the struggles get rough for them. All you/ we can do, is be there. No one really has the answers, most are guessing, and hoping to get it right. Sitting with you in this, it’s a tough place for you. Big 💙💙💙
