A huge congratulations to you @CheerBear I am sure you will do a wonderful job whatever it is. Obviously the people who hired you believe you can do it, even if it will involve a learning curve. Well done you!

Sending hope that today will be peaceful and have some rewarding moments in it for all.

Re: Taking the plunge

Morning everyone. Any early birds up for a cuppa? @Maggie, @Sans911, @Former-Member, @TheVorticon or anyone else?

Wondering how counsellor was yesterday @Maggie and how the cave situation is going? Thinking of you.

Off to wander around here and catch up on some notifications

❤

Morning @CheerBear

Yep I'll join you for coffee ☕. Mr A has been back to his annoying self for the last hour, so any chance of returning to sleep is destroyed.

Great to see you again this morning @Sans911. Far out Mr A is naughty.

Aside from annoying cat, how are you going? How was your yesterday?

Re: Taking the plunge

Yep, he sure is @CheerBear. He'll tear up ANY paper he can find. So I keep a couple of shopping catalogues for his majesty's pleasure but this morning he found a letter that was to his liking and also a paper bag containing my wound dressings. He's recently destroyed a library book that fell under the bed. So now I have to pay to replace that.

Although last night, for the third night in a row, he's come right into my lap for a cuddle. He never, ever does this. But it's getting colder too.

I'm alright this morning. My yesterday was busy, but only at home. I had a couple of zoom meetings, and a new support worker in the afternoon, who seems really nice. It's another quiet day here at home today.

Morning @Maggie @Former-Member @Former-Member

Aww "his majesty" ❤ Naughty boy he is @Sans911. I'd be very grrr with the library book. Maybe his cuddles are sorries (or they could just be that he's cold haha).

Were your meetings anything fun or interesting for you (if you'd like to share)?

How might you spend your quiet day today? We're still well and truly shut down here for this weekend at least, so it will be quiet here too (once I get home from Mr Person's house this morning after stayig here last night).

Re: Taking the plunge

One meeting was my volunteer group 'check in'. There wasn't many of us, so it was a nice catch up. But I've also had a couple of challenges with trying to help people with technical issues & trying to run an online meeting at the same time. So I got a opportunity to talk that out plus talk about some other people issues. The main thing is that I was reassured that I did everything I could in all situations.

The second meeting was a mental health group that is looking at co-design, peer support and the NDIS. It's an mh consumer group I know well, and I've done some of their training and been involved in other projects. It's helpful collaborating with others as you often do find either similarities in your issues or discover new ways to get things done.

I will probably potter around the house and garden today. The front garden is a mess from the storm last week, so it need a clean up. And I have some washing to do. But that's about all.

What on your agenda?

@CheerBear @Sans911 I see you were both up for coffee early.☕️☕️☕️

@CheerBear Nice to know you had good company last night. I hope your day today goes ok. I’m guessing mother’s day prep, 🤔🤔💜💜💜

Counsellor went ok yesterday. For some strange reason I’m falling in a heap ofter the meeting.

I made some moulds , candle holders. I couldn’t find weighing measures so used the heart one. Needed a bit more, so I have 4 stone made now. 😂😂😂

I hope tomorrow isn’t too hard with the restrictions still being strict in your area. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@Sans911 Mr A is such a naughty/adorable boy. He sure doesn’t lack personality, for sure.🐾🐾:angry_face_with_horns::angry_face_with_horns:😻😻

Your meeting sound interest, but I would be very confused with the technical side of it all. I hope you have a peaceful ( restful) 🐾🐾🐾 day. 💜💜💜

@CheerBear @Sans911 I saw this and thought of you two with your cat/cats.

@Former-Member I don’t think Quinn is up to these antics.
