Re: Taking the plunge

Notifications not working this end either @CheerBear

I’ll see how today looks. I have a rose bush in the front garden that I want to remove. I might let off a bit of steam out there, once the light comes. It’s raining atm, but warmish.

Have your feet hit the ground yet? What do the crew think of the news?

Re: Taking the plunge

Letting off some steam in the garden sounds like a great plan @Maggie. Often the quieter activities don't work for me when I'm full of steam. I hope the weather lets you get out. It's strange here. It was apparently quite warm yesterday but I didn't feel it and it was very grey. From tomorrow it turns to winter again here. I should probably get into the garden myself today but I have a lot of other want and need to do's on.

I don't know where my feet are to be honest. I'm still very proud and excited but I was spinning with the yuck stuff last night. I'm hoping and thinking it's normal and it will pass. I will have quite a bit of induction and training to help with that too.

The crew were awesome yesterday 😊 Big and Middle both gave huge hugs and beaming smiles, and Little did the unthinkable and put their device down :face_with_rolling_eyes:😉 to give a squeeze and share a yay. Two know it will mean child care on work days and they're very understanding and encouraging (as much as I could hope for now at least). It will mean change for them too. I had a couple of people to share with yesterday which was lovely. Unwell person and well person were stoked. Mr Person sent flowers over and the person who called from work shared a lovely story about how one of my supervisors responded to being told I was successful. It all made me feel very gooey 😁

Re: Taking the plunge

Big warm feels reading the different responses to your news @CheerBear . One putting the device down that s big. 😂😂😂

I think the yuck stuff is normal. Lots to organise, lots of change coming. Comfort zone being shuffled. It’s a huge step. You’ve got this though, even when you don’t feel like you have. So many see your potential, not just future, but now. I say some twisted stuff @CheerBear, I think you get it though. 💙💙💙💙

The suppots and training sound positive.

I will got out even if it’s raining @CheerBear. I like the rain, it makes it easier to dig out.

No more contact from pastor. Big ?????? about how she’s finding the book, hoping she reads it and not just say she will.

Morning ladies @Former-Member @Maggie @CheerBear

Enjoying my first coffee of the day. Listening to the silence of the early morning. Hoping today has some nice moments for all of you despite whatever is happening in your life.

Grrrr notifications being wonky!

Thanks so much @Maggie ❤😊 It really makes a difference.

Is the no contact from pastor playing in to some of the tricky stuff at the moment?

I am thinking of your bro today, hoping his world gets a little less wonky today with some restrictions easing 🤞

Morning @Sans911 ❤ Hope Mr A behaved more respectfully this morning.

Here, but somehow not here. If that makes any sense? Seeing psych today. I think a good thing. Thanks for 👀 me.

Re: Taking the plunge

It’s weird with the notifications 😄😄😩😩

@Sans911 I hope there’s good in your day too. I hope Mr A slept last night, which means you might have also.

@CheerBear I’m happy, kind of, for pastor to keep her distance. I’m not fitting in, as usual. My unusual self is showing more than I anticipated. Tricky both ways I think. My world view is different, not sure if there’s a path in between, or if I’m lost permanently. Feels that way. Whatever. Time will tell there. Still feeling my way.

Yes, I’m hoping bro has some normality back today. He was empty when I last spoke to him, which means, conversations are tricky. He needs a top up to communicate.

It makes perfect sense @Former-Member 💙💙💙

🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 Your psych app today goes ok enough. I know you have really tough stuff to talk about and through.

You are 👀👀👀 @Former-Member . You are valued, even though you can’t see or hear it atm. 💙💙💙🐶🐶🐾🐾🐾
