Cave didn’t go well yesterday @CheerBear. I tried painting a stone, but it was a no go with almost everything.
Counsellor rang in the afternoon, and we covered a lot of ground. She will be here this afternoon to continue. Minds are mine fields @CheerBear.
I must admit, your news gave me a lift this morning. I was umming and ahhing about logging on, as I’m always aware dragging others down with me. But so glad I did.
You have a session today. 👍👍👍👍 Exciting, scary, challenging, all the things you might be discussing.

Sorry to hear the cave did not go well yesterday 🙁 Extra annoying when you try and do something helpful for yourself, like paint, and it doesn't work too.
So thankful you have counsellor ❤ Have you heard from pastor since the fly by?
I'm glad you logged on. You'll never drag down with you Maggie. I'd like to hear all about what's going on, good, bad and in between, but don't want to push you and I understand talking is hard/not possible sometimes. Tricky both ways I think.
