@Gazza75 nice to see you again. It sounds horrible for you with the fires 🙁 Not many words for it but lots of thoughts going out to you and everyone impacted.
@Maggie and anyone else around, coffee if you're up for one ☕. Wondering how it went with the cleaner yesterday. Big ❤

@CheerBear Big day for you today. I hope the gig goes well once you are over the nerves of getting back into the swing of things. 💜💜💜
The cleaning went well, Thankyou for remembering. The lady is really lovely. Wow, I have a clean flat now, it feels good. That was the worst one I think/hope.

So glad to hear it went well yesterday. That's a great start to this accepting help journey you're on. Awesome that she was lovely. That makes ir easier. And the clean flat feels too - so good 👍🎉🙂

Re: Taking the plunge
Feeling like I'm sitting in a massively backwards step place today and really all I want to do is curl up in a ball and have the world suck me away. Dark, sorry. I am not so good company today 🙁

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear Can you start with the very basics. A coffee. A shower. What to wear...some sparkly boots always help. Your heart will heal, it has before. All you really have to do is today, not tomorrow. I’m hearing and feeling your pain, you are not alone. You don’t have to hide away @CheerBear you have done nothing wrong. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear Dropping off a friend and some colour. Why I paint stones is to bring colour into my dark thoughts/mind. I’m sitting this little friend on your shoulder. Today, he will bring the colour you need. One small step at a time @CheerBear . I know how difficult that is. A fistful of hope. I’m holding it for you. 💛💛💛

Shower. Dressed. Little steps even when they feel pointless and useless. I know that can help. Thank you for reminding me and for being a voice of reason and for caring. I really appreciate it.
Sorry. Big 💜😔

Re: Taking the plunge
I counted 3 should/ shouldn’t in one sentence @CheerBear. What I actually saw, was someone continuing to do many of the same from a hospital/respite. Then, the same person found all the ‘ normal or’ ok’ and went back into L IFE. I’m not having a go at you, please don’t read it that way. I didn’t see much of a break happening in reality. You hardly took a month away from life @CheerBear
The gig has been the one thing for you....the one thing. That’s the only reason I would encourage to go. If it was anything else, I’d opt for pjs. 💙💙💙
