Re: Taking the plunge
Good morning @CheerBear @Maggie @Former-Member @Gazza75 @outlander and anyone else around here today. Hope it goes smoothly and is peaceful for you.
@Former-Member of course it's up to you, but sometimes when we're feeling fragile or too challenged by life can be the best time to come to the forums. You have a lot of support here and you are valued. Being here might just prevent the self-destruct you mention. You're on my mind a lot and I want you to know how much I care xx

@CheerBear Home, unpacked , with the little crew, sib , and cats, feeling lots better is really good to read.
I hope today is a good one. I’m heading to the kettle if you would like one. ☕️☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge
I'm sorry your yesterday was a bad day. Did you have counsellor yesterday? I'm listening if you'd like to talk about it and hoping today is better.
Tidying, maybe some 25th craft, packing up to go to house two, enjoying the not 45° weather today - it's looking like an OK day I think.

Re: Taking the plunge
You sound tired @CheerBear . I presumed some fish were swimming around, or puppy love etc. I thought you might already be at house two, but looks like that’s happening today.
45 is beyond my thinking, so I can imagine how cooler feels better.
Yes, counsellor yesterday. Monday morning I have specialist app, then we come home to a mobile party. Lol. Counsellor does one every year for the little others. She brings a box of decorations also, plus a gift. A really special time. Looking forward to that.
Hard to put words around how and why the bottom keeps falling out of my world. It does, and on a regular basis. Sometimes the only positive is, there is only up from this far down.
I found this in my travels yesterday. I thought you might enjoy it also.

@Former-Member Sending these. 💜💜💜💜. I know it’s tough atm. Hoping you have heard from your psych, if not, sorry.

Re: Taking the plunge
Gosh your counsellor makes me smile. She sounds so caring and thoughtful. A mobile party sounds fun, especially after something maybe not so fun in your specialist appt. I hope your doctor there is an actual doctor for you.
I get how tricky words can be when it comes to tough times. Can you put your finger on why the bottom keeps falling out of your world or is it a jumble itself? Big big hugs for this far down. My only positive sometimes is that I try and find a positive. Just trying that, as it sounds you do too, is big and brave and hard.
How's your today looking?
Ps - I meant to say the other day that it's a septum sparkle I added 😁🙂
