Re: Taking the plunge

Morning @Maggie and everyone here

Thanks for your thoughts Maggie and for remembering ❤ Yep, discharge today. I'm about to go and pack my bags and clean my room. Feeling mixed about it. I feel recharged, looking forward to seeing the kids, worried about the busy and the stress, frustrated with some dropped off family support, sad about leaving behind a couple of really awesome people and the safe space that's this place... Lots of stuff. I'm so incredibly thankful I had this opportunity. I'd reached the end of how much I could tolerate and this has helped. I hate to think where I could have been without it.

And yep, chatting, crafting, laughing and deep and meaningfuls. Yesterday was art therapy, some funny random singing while playing with pastels, a very late night staying up with a couple and a very early start today with a couple more. My friend and I went on an adventure and we each got a new piercing to take home too. Stoked (and in pain as it's an ouchies one haha). It's been awesome to be here as it has been in the past 😊

Missing you all as I have been a lot over the last couple of weeks. Thinking of you lots and looking forward to getting my CheerBear back again ❤❤❤

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear Excited about the piercing and where it might be. I have a tiny Diamond in my nose that started as a ring. My pride and joy.

I’m really sorry about dropped off family support, considering how close things came to a desperate situation. Once again, I’ll never understand the human race.

It’s a transition time, and a difficult time. Back into all the same responsibilities, and a busy ( understatement ), time of year.

Can you connect with people you have met there after you leave? A coffee, chat, laugh? Craft even??????

Take care as you pack and say goodbye. Take care as you start again at home. Take care of you when you can.

Lots of these 💜💜💙💙💛💛💛☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge

Morning everyone 👋🙂😊
Thanks for the messages yesterday, and that may @Former-Member - so cool!

Home now, unpacked, with the little crew and sib and the furballs, and feeling a lot, lot better. Where I was three weeks ago and where I am now feel like worlds apart.

Love the tiny diamond as a pride and joy @Maggie 😁😊 Big smile of understanding at how pride and joy can come from them. Have you had it long?

How's your cup? Anyone else up for a coffee?

Big ❤ to you all.

Sorry brief, short on words today.

Re: Taking the plunge

One coming right up then @Former-Member 🙂☕❄

Brief and short on words is totally OK. My words haven't been working so well for a couple of weeks.

Thinking it might be pretty hot where you are, though I could have my days and places mixed up. Hope you manage to keep comfortable-ish ❤

Yes hot here, as it is for most of NSW.

Head/mind all over the place. Thoughts just wont let up. Seem headed to self destruct mode. Prob shouldnt be here.
