@Former-Member Homemade marmalade 😍😍 chocolate chip banana bread toasted, never had that. How does the chocolate go in the toaster? Raisin and sourdough toast, AND vegemite. Wow. Might pass on the Coffee and leave plenty of room. 💕💕💕😍
After that brekky, how are you @Former-Member .

Re: Taking the plunge
Hi @Former-Member @Maggie @CheerBear brekky sounds delish!!! Hi to you too @outlander xx
Just reading back posts here and @CheerBear I wanted to say that rather than 'victim impact statement' as such, writing something about what hasn't worked for you in your first plan can be really useful. And also revisiting last years goals and adding any new ones in detail really helps. When I had my plan review I did both these things, but mostly just said I wanted to continue to work on the first year's goals as progress had been slow - mostly for the reason supports were not delivered in the way I needed them to be, and were often sporadic with time delays that weren't my doing. Best wishes for feeling well prepared before Monday.

Re: Taking the plunge
I'm glad it's working out so well for you (despite the hiccups you have) and that all the prep you do has paid off. I've pushed at this and worked as hard as possible but it hasn't worked out for me so far. I can't do anymore than that 🙁

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear maybe it would help if you go back over the 6 areas of functional impact and say a little about what they look like on a bad day. I know it sucks to have to focus on the negative, especially when they say (NDIS) that they are 'recovery focused', but it's the best way to maximise your plan funds I reckon. There's a definition of Recovery Model I posted a while ago that might be useful for you to read.

I'm going to have to stop talking about it. Thanks for listening and offering your ideas though.

Re: Taking the plunge
I nearly dropped off an even earlier coffee after a middle of the night fright (sibling coming home unexpectedly at 1:30am), but managed to fall asleep again thankfully! I would have been struggling if my day started that early 🙂
How are you going this morning @Maggie and @Former-Member and all?
💜

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear That’s an early wake up. Glad you managed a FEW hrs sleep.
I spent most of my yesterday with an old friend ( cross stitch). I think I needed the organisation and neatness, plus colour and something familiar. I’ll do it again today, once the light is good.
How are you doing @CheerBear , if you would like to say, or not say, is fine. 💕💕
Hi @eth @Former-Member @outlander @Appleblossom @Gazza75 and anyone reading. ☕️💜
