Re: Taking the plunge
It’s heart-relief @CheerBear .... had been sitting under threat of a big bang type thing for a number of years, hoping to float our boat as gently as possible around it if a sort-of rescue didn’t arrive via diagnosis. Now he has eyes elsewhere I am discarded = released.

Very much thinking of you all .. 👀👂
Home cannot come quick enough, for me now. I get home lunchtime Thursday. Some 5 hrs earlier than originally planned, due to track works necessitating a change of train from Sydney. Was not happy when I got a call a few days ago to tell me. My planning had been meticulous and all done to make things as easy as possible for hubby. Unfortunately it now means a VERY early start for us in Sydney on Thurs. But on the upside, we will be home 5 hours earlier.
Okay, its only 3.48am here, I should try for some more sleep. Will try to catch you all later. Our last full day here today.
Sherry 💕

You too @Former-Member 👀👂
Sorry about the early start and plan changes. But getting home 5 hrs earlier, you see Holly, and back home to some familiar things.
Hope you are resting atm. Sending lots of these your way. 💜💕💜💕☕️☕️☕️

Life will kick his butt @Maggie ... he is disoriented and I can’t help him. I just keep thinking, he’a not my problem any more, and it’s such a relief. He has tracked into a value system that was never part of the “us” that we were .... not as a couple, and not as a family. In that sense it has been over for the last decade. That is how long I have been trying to flag help ..... and survive it.

@Former-Member meticulous planning changing out of your control is hard. Imagining you might be very tired and stretched at the moment. I hope the trip home goes as well as it can ❤

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear I’ve re read your school parent meeting with other coming in guns blazing. Seriously not a good situation to be put in. And with all that’s going on in your life right now, that was the last thing you needed.
I think aggression gets action, that’s what I see with kind of friend anyway. Most people don’t really enjoy confrontation and bullying, but it works magic sometimes.
Its not something I ever want, but don’t think I need to worry. I’m alway debriefing with my counsellor, and seriously wonder about myself and the relationship. But it is what it is, for whatever reasons.
I hope your gig is going well. Wondering if you are wearing your boots. 🤔🤔
