Re: Taking the plunge

Coffee is brewing this morning @CheerBear not sure you are up to one, as anxiety and other stuff might be really high. Sending kind thoughts for the ‘ big ‘ today, and hope you all receive good results. 💜💕💜💕☕️☕️☕️☕️

Morning @Maggie and thank you 💕 I am only just waking after a much needed decent-ish seep and coffee sounds fab, thanks.

How are you going this morning?

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear Decent ish sleep is an improvement, hopefully a good start for today.

I had a ‘ terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day yesterday, so my Fine, is meshed.

Re: Taking the plunge

Oh no @Maggie 🙁 That sounds awful. Was there something in particular that brought that on yesterday? Sorry to hear it was the way it was 😔

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear I rang to see if the MP had received the drs letter, which they hadn’t. They are waiting for it to start moving ahead on my case. I rang the receptionist and asked if it could be done. Gave details checked info, all correct. Waited a few hours, then rang MP again.........no fax........ Kind of friend rang and said she would take me to pick the letter up and take it in myself. Which we did, and am so great full to her for. The poor man on the desk outside the office said he would deliver it to the receptionist for me, but I said I need to give it to her myself, as I have issues now. 🤪🤪🤪🤪

I’m paranoid, as I do believe the receptionist when she said she had done it, there’s no reason for her not to,but her attitude was really bad. I almost burst into tears.

I feel there’s a conspiracy in the city with my name on it. 😩😩😩

Sorry. How are you holding up this morning?

Re: Taking the plunge

No need for any sorry @Maggie. I can see how that would make a day turn into a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad one 🙁 I get why that could bring on the paranoid and the yucky 'there's a conspiracy' feelings. When the system has smashed you and given little reason for you to trust it, when people within it start behaving like closed doors, when not being seen or heard is the norm and when you're used to getting lost within it all, feeling like that after a lost and disappearing letter makes a whole lot of sense to me. Again, super sorry. It's stuff like that which can erode hope 🙁 Very glad kind of friend was able to help you. Does kind of friend get it and get what that stuff can do? Did you cave it after you delivered the letter?

I'm OK this morning thanks. I had a tricky one yesterday afternoon/evening but feeling a lot better for that sleep. I would have been very mashed today without it I think.

Re: Taking the plunge

@CheerBear Sorry about the tricky afternoon/evening yesterday. But big yey for sleep, no matter how short or long ish. I read over there ⏪⏪ you have an anniversary . Gosh, lots going on for you right now. 💕💕💕💜💜💜

Hard to know if kind of friend gets it. I don’t show/share much of my stuff. Past experience there hasn’t gone well.

Yes, I tried to cave, but my neighbours feel like they are in my room. Loud screaming of children playing, which is usually ok, apart from one very high pitched screamer. 😁😁😁

Top up.

Good morning @Former-Member ☕️☕️☕️💕💕💕💕

Re: Taking the plunge

Big yay for sleep @Maggie. I think I cope pretty well generally with the wonky sleep but there comes a point where it gets big and I have a day where things snowball and it all catches up. The dark twisty kind of peaks then and I crash. I'm coming back to OK quicker than I used to which is good.

It's 3 years (minus a couple of days) since life went bang for me. My insides are stuck feeling it (it has such a physical way about it) and thinking about it. It's incredibly inconvenient to be stuck in past land when present land isn't exactly peachy right now. I'm feeling pretty alone with my past land feels. It'll pass though.

I can imagine it might have been tricky to feel all those feelings yesterday around someone you're not sure they get it. Those kinds of situations are where my fine face happens lots, which is exhausting. High pitched screamer is not what you needed yesterday.

Top up sounds good. I'll head to the shower after I finish coffee 2. I also would really like to duck to the car wash if there's time this morning. My beautiful car that is used to the city is looking very covered in country at the moment and I don't like it 😆

Hey @Former-Member ❤☕
