Re: Taking the plunge
With the help of the counsellor I am starting to work out the causes of our constant rollercoastering, and can see the pattern that has formed behind us ..... working out how to re-work the pattern for the future and make the tracks less steep is the next challenge ..... head-hurty stuff.
Baby steps ..... as always ......

Thankyou @Former-Member Really nice to see you.
@CheerBear Kettles on if you are up for a cup, and anyone else who would like to join .
Not sure if you have cats or puppies today. How is your cold/sinus feeling, only if you want to say. 2 here, cold atm, but a warm day ahead.

Re: Taking the plunge
I'm with puppy today (one is here at home 2 always and one only visits sometimes). I'll be heading back to the house with all of the cats this afternoon which I'm looking forward to.
By mid morning my sinus thing had cleared up thankfully! I have no idea where it came from yesterday because I felt like rubbish but then it went. Not complaining though.
How are you going this morning? And how was your yesterday?

Re: Taking the plunge
Good to hear your sinus has cleared @CheerBear It Can leave headaches etc.
Back to first home today for you today, it’s Avery busy holiday time. You have big results coming up this week, I really hope they are as ok as can be expected.
My painting lady turned up and we had a nice time. She normally goes down river the first sat of the month, but it was put forward, she forgot to tell me, so I understand it now. I’m pleased to see morning again. Not sure what happens at night, but my mind creates all sorts of weird things.
Did you and Sophie have some time together.

Re: Taking the plunge
Great to hear you had a nice time painting yesterday. Sounds like last night wasn't awesome though. Glad to see morning here too.
I had time with my Sophie blanket yesterday 🙂 I've settled on colours kind of. Mostly white but the flowers, leaves and stems in colour if I can do it. I'll have to give the blanket away once it's done as white and our house is not ever a good mix 😆 I noticed some tags to craft corner, so im heading there to check out whay everyone has been up to.
How's today looking for you?
Morning @Former-Member who I noticed around 🙂 How are you going, if you feel up to sharing?

Re: Taking the plunge
@CheerBear Sorry the tension is building, but understandable. The unknown is really tough.
Im not sure white and any house are a good mix @CheerBear , specially with kids and animals.
Today I will see kind of friend and walk the dogs. I need to do some cleaning, and tidying is a must. I have craft stuff everywhere. Other than that, it will just happen. My counsellor returns next Monday. It’s been long and eventful.
Hi @Former-Member 💕💜☕️☕️

Re: Taking the plunge
White is a terrible choice but a pretty one maybe. I'm sure it will look good in a box in a cupboard lol 😑
A couple of things on for you today. I like the walking the dogs part and hope there is some grass in that 😆 So good to hear counsellor is back next week. It's been a while and lots happening for you.
@Former-Member (sorry for the lots of tags) I just caught up a little on how you're going. I don't have lots of words but do have lots of thoughts for you. So glad you're here sherry, where you're very cared about and appreciated. Hope there's gentle happening for you during what sounds so hard ❤

Re: Taking the plunge
Gosh @CheerBear the mega push/pull battles, set in motion by tension. I soooooo understand that. How much volume there is in the unspoken. I was talking to someone who said, some of us are finely tuned to each other. We pick up the slightest changes, facial, body language etc. some might call it over sensitive but I don’t like that term. It jelled with me, though it changes nothing, it helps....kind of....
I walked on the grass again yesterday in front of flower/ grass police. 💪 Inside I smiled, but might be reported to the manager today. 😁😁😁🤪🤪🤪
Top up ☕️☕️☕️☕️
