Re: Taking the plunge

I went out for a few hours @Zoe7 walked the puppies, picked up some paint from spotlight. Warming up now, it’s very cold up this way.

Did you manage to get some palings off the trailer? I know you were heading to school and chemist earlier. Hooe you are feeling a little better.

Re: Taking the plunge

I did get the fence palings off the trailer and removed the nails from most of them. I still have to stack them in the garage but can do that under the outside light @Maggie

Chemist and school also done. My legs were shaking while I was driving but the chemist and school isn't too far away so I made it okay. Feeling sniffly again tonight but got some more help from the chemist so that should all start taking effect soon then I can stack the palings.

Any plans over the weekend? It is supposed to rain here tomorrow but be around 18 (a heat wave lol) then clear again but cooler on Sunday.

Tea pot @Zoe7 ? ... I am still waiting for the picture to show up here. Interesting I note you commented on the super cool tea pot 20 mins ago ... and still just the dreaded yellow triangle here? But @Maggie I will keep checking back, coz I am intrigued now to see the pic. And yes, I would definitely love a nice cup of tea from a super cool looking tea pot. Thanks @Maggie .

@Zoe7 Shaky legs doesn’t sound good at all. Could you leave the palings till tomorrow?

I know you said it might rain, but you aren’t well.

Not sure what the weather is doing over the weekend here. I will be dot painting with my 86 yr old student Sat and Sun pm. Lol. She’s gone dot crazy. Watching Better Homes and Gardens later this evening.

Re: Taking the plunge

I do need to get them stacked tonight before the rain expected tomorrow @Maggie Some are already wet from the accumulation of water in the trailer from the rain this week so they need time to dry out enough to cut over the weekend. It has been sunny today so that has helped. It won't take me long to stack them and will feel more at ease when I have done it. Definitely still not well so need to pace myself over the weekend. Complete rest tonight after I do the stacking - apart from getting some washing done. Dinner is on - lots of veggies again and had some more vit c tonight.

@Former-Member Would love to join in with you too for a cup of tea - lemon and honey in mine please

Re: Taking the plunge

Fantastic @Zoe7 ... tea with lemon and honey coming right up. Perfect choice for the cold. Plus a coffee for you @Maggie 😊 I just spotted you behind the support button @Gazza75 ... coffee for you as well I think? I'm not sure how you all like your coffee, but I have given you a few to choose from.

Sherry 💕
