Hey @Former-Member Back now and still with you Hon. I hope you got @Former-Member's email and have answered. Also concerned for you and know how hard it is when you feel like there are no options left. Been in that place a lot before but got through it with a lot of help from the wonderful people here. A check in would be good Hon and we can sit with you further

Re: Taking the plunge

How about starting simple by getting dinner ready @Former-Member You have to eat Hon and taking that focus off your thoughts and redirecting it to getting dinner ready might be a good place to start.

Re: Taking the plunge

No need to be sorry for needing and asking for help here @Former-Member . Honestly thats what this fabulous place is all about. @Zoe7 is totally right when she says that we have likely all been in a similar place to what you're in now. I know I have, and likely will be again sometime. I like to think that I can be here for you when you need to know someone cares and is here for you. And others too, for that matter. I know you and many others here, would be here for me if (or when) I needed someone to be with me under similar circumstances. So please never apologise for being here and asking for support. Feel confident that you can do so any time you need. I cannot always be here for you, but I am here when I can be.

Mumi there must be something you can do to help make you feel better, more secure. Did the moderator have some suggestions in their email to you? I feel sure they would have made some helpful suggestions, and I would encourage you to do your best to follow through on some of those suggestions now. I am very worried about you Mumi, as this has now been going on for too long. You need relief from your distress. We can only take so much before we break! You must be close to breaking point with all you have happening in your life. How about seeing your GP or MH professional, and having an honest talk to them about how things have been for you lately?

Sherry 🤗💕
